With your ongoing wellbeing and nutritional therapy in mind, I will post recipes and blog articles on this page periodically, to help provide encouragement and reassurance. Sometimes you may find it hard to follow a nutritional plan, or an exercise schedule, and it is important not to be discouraged.

There are many different approaches to nutritional therapy. Someone who is very sport-orientated, may need a completely different diet to someone who leads a slower-paced life. You may find a rigid schedule works perfectly with your goals and lifestyle. Or you may prefer a more holistic, general approach. What is important is that you approach nutritional therapy with an open mind, and a serious desire to improve and change for the better.
