I am Dr. Jasmeen Jhajj and if you are looking to be pro-active about your nutrition and prevent health-related problems from developing, you have come to the right place! As a London-based nutritionist, I am here to help you develop a bespoke and unique nutritional plan that will power you forward and help you achieve your goals in life. Each nutritional plan is individually tailored to your needs and lifestyle and can be enhanced further as you progress. My aim is to empower you to take control and improve your health.
Since 2010, I have been working (and still do) as a medical doctor in Ruislip, London in a variety of different specialties. I honestly love my job, but during the past few years I have, in the course of my work, come across many patients whose medical problems could have been prevented through lifestyle and nutritional changes.
With this in mind, I decided to create a platform where I could combine my medical skills with my nutritionist training to really help provide one-on-one, naturopathic, nutritional consultations to help clients address their health and well-being concerns. My online consultations will aim to work collaboratively with you to manage a variety of health conditions in a sustainable and long-lasting manner.

Although I am based in Ruislip, London, I cater to clients from around the world who need dietary advice. Once a consultation has been booked, I will initially send you a questionnaire; this is designed to ascertain your concerns, identify your requirements and clarify your aims. Subsequent to this, I will invite you to attend a virtual one hour long private consultation where I will provide a 360-degree assessment of your nutritional needs.
This will be followed, within 72 hours, by a full, bespoke, naturopathic protocol; this will include identified areas of deficiency, a scientific and evidence-based explanation of potential improvements, dietary advice (including recipes) and suggested lifestyle modifications. I will then schedule a 30 minute follow-up consultation six weeks later (or at a time convenient to you).
I combine my medical and naturopathic training to create a unique, safe and effective plan to optimise client health for the long term.
Naturopathic nutrition is an evidence-based practice using reliable scientific research; my advice is supplemented by my years of medical knowledge as a practising medical doctor.
